experience in Australia. Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays feature two local indigenous brothers sharing some
of their remarkable culture with you during the evening, in a setting where they adventured as children. The
rainforest setting is the natural, authentic backdrop for this spiritual and mystical culture, a performance
unique to Flames of the Forest, where you will learn about their timeless oral traditions in an intimate and
personal setting. This evening of candlelit drama, tropical dining, authentic Aboriginal culture explored
through story telling and music is all inclusive which means no extras. It is a must-do for anyone interested in

Ballooning with Hot Air


After arriving at Mossman Gorge, you will be treated to a guided Kuku Yalanji Dreamtime rainforest walk
along private, easy graded tracks, visiting special places and culturally significant sites, past traditional
bark shelters and over cool rainforest streams. Your experienced interpretive Indigenous guides demonstrate
traditional plant use, identify bush tucker sources, share their dreamtime legends, explain the history of cave
paintings and provide an enchanting narrative of the rainforest and their special relationships within this
unique tropical environment. After your 1.5hr walk, enjoy Tea, Damper and question time before travelling to
Mossman ­ Australia's most Northern Sugar town.
Silky Oaks Lodge is our lunch venue today where we enjoy a delicious barramundi lunch in this beautiful
oasis amidst the rainforest, overlooking the Mossman River. Alternative lunch options are available. Enjoy
a fascinating hour cruising through the Daintree River - home to birds, tree snakes, unique plants and the
estuarine crocodile - a great photo opportunity. At Scomazzon Fruit & Cane Farm a tropical fruit tasting of
fruits in season is included as a special treat before a short tour of Port Douglas and travelling south back to
Cairns.

A spectacular experience awaits you today as you join the premium 4WD experience to the World Heritage
listed Daintree & Cape Tribulation. Before the crowds arrive, enter the majesty of the Mossman Gorge National
Park. Continue onto Daintree, enjoying morning tea before a special hour is spent viewing and understanding
this wildlife environment, habitat of rare birds, unique plants, tree snakes and the estuarine crocodile.
Breathtaking views of the Daintree Coast and estuary, Snapper Island and beyond to the Coral Sea await at
Alexandra Lookout before visiting Noah Valley for a delicious lunch in this most beautiful rainforest setting.
Join the infamous Bloomfield Track at Cape Tribulation and begin the 4WD section of the journey. Stop to see
a 250-year-old giant Strangler Fig tree, experience natural creek crossings and climb to the top of Donovan's
Range for spectacular coastal scenery before descending to a magnificent isolated beach. Stingray Bay is
the next destination, and Cowie Beach.
A chance then to walk on the world-renowned Cape Tribulation rainforest beach before a special visit to the
Daintree Ice Cream Company. Enjoy a wicked afternoon tea of unique homemade tropical fruit ice cream or
a refreshing tropical fruit drink. Cross the Daintree river by cable ferry and it is time to `head for home' after
an unforgettable day.
