Tools for Caregivers" (PTC) training program and is currently serving as a coach and facilitator for a PTC trainer cohort on behalf of the Austin Groups for the Elderly. On a personal level, Jeremy is trying to ensure suitable end-of-life care for his 78-year-old mother and 89 year-old father, who live 5,000 miles away in Northwest England. and co-designed and facilitated many interactive training sessions, most recently for 3M, American Cancer Society, Association of Texas Professional Educators, Dell, Seton Family of Hospitals, Shell Oil, Sodexho, St. Jude Medical, Texas Health and Human Services Commission, and the University of Texas. |
