rich Service
When you hear someone talk about being "rich," you likely think in terms of money.
But "richness" has as much to do with what's inside you and your organization as it does
with what's inside your wallet, bank account, or company budget. Tim Richardson, an
18-year professional speaker and creator of the new IM RICH series, helps his audiences
discover and attain "Real Richness."
In Tim's highly researched programs, he challenges traditional thinking on success and
richness. He is committed to helping others define, refine, or find their own Richness. In
this information-packed program, Tim will show us how to use problem-solving teams
and customer-centric service models to blow our competition away. Tim will teach us
how to reduce complaints and increase satisfaction, as well as how to hire the right
people and train them for the right jobs.
Tim richardson
has been a full-time professional speaker since 1988. He has spoken to
