COMPOSITION
Distribution
Polymer manifolds for underfloor systems make the parallel feeding
of terminal fluid circuits possible. Objectives and advantages are
illustrated below.
· Because of the reduced space requirements they can be inserted
in boxes to be installed in walls and partitions.
· Manual or automatic shutting on and off of individual circuits
thanks to electrothermal controls applied on thermostatic valves.
These electrothermal controls can be controlled by room thermo-
stats or time thermostats.
· Micrometric regulation of transit flow for balancing the various
circuits
· Regulation of transit flow for balancing the various circuits by
means of flow meters installed on the manifold and equipped with
integrated regulation valve.
· Direct reading of the transit flow value of each individual circuit
on the flow meter.
· Possibility of checking the performance of circuits through the
insertion of thermometers.
Purpose
Polymer collectors for underfloor systems are supplied complete
with the following pre-assembled accessories:
· Thermostatic shut-off valves
· Flow meters for reading the flow rate by means of an integrated regulation
valve or by using manual regulation lockshields with calibration hand-wheel
· Pair of clamps for fixing the items inside the containment boxes
