Mounting with Roof Bolts
Positioning of the rail joining pieces
OPTIONAL: Roof Screws are supplied as
standard as part of the kit.
(1).Position the roof screws according to
the distances specified in this manual.
(2).Attach the rail clamps loosely to the
roof screws using the fixings supplied.
(3).Insert the horizontal "T" rail into the
rail clamps and tighten. If a rail joining
piece is required, install as shown in
diagrams 2a and 3a below.
(4).4/5. Position and fix the collectors
using the fixing brackets and hammerhead
bolts provided.
When mounting with roof screws care must be taken to provide adequate support inside the roof structure.
The tiles/slates must be measured, marked and drilled precisely as there is no vertical adjustment.
