DELTA CYLINDERS
Modern Day Requirements
More people are finding that todays requirement for plentiful hot
water can only be met by storage systems. The ultimate provider
of high pressure hot water is an unvented cylinder.
We made our first unvented cylinder in 1992. Using our extensive
manufacturing knowledge, we were able to produce a unit from
heavy gauge Grade One Copper. We subsequently updated the
model on two further occasions, incorporating features to enable
easier installation. Since then market expectations have changed
enormously.
Therefore, in 2001, we undertook detailed research and
consultations with developers, installers and specifiers alike.
The outcome of this led to heavy investment in new manufacturing
facilities close to our original premises in Shropshire and in 2002
the launch of our Tornado and Tempest Stainless models.
All of our domestic unvented cylinders are now manufactured using
2304 Duplex Stainless Steel. Tornado and Tempest units are finished
using a wipe-clean, white-coated steel case. Continuing our
philosophy of using only the finest materials, the heat loss from the
cylinder is minimal, making it extremely economical to run.
We are so confident of the construction that we have given all of
our stainless cylinders a life-time guarantee* to give each
customer total peace of mind.
