Serialization and Tamper Evident Labelling
We see an increasing demand for solutions that prints unique data on each label and we are also
experts in this specialized field.
LSS has delivered multiple solutions for these requirements, for clinical trials and for more
commercial purposes. Safe registers and secure product handling are major requirements
for these types of projects.
Printing with thermal transfer, laser and ink jet, as well as controlling with vision systems
are within our range of know how.
Primary products
Serialization data can be applied on primary products such as:
- Vials
- Plastic containers
- Syringes
- Ampoules
- Cartridges
- Pens
- Other devices
Either by applying a label, or by direct print on the products.
Colli /Shipper Box and Pallet Labelling
Aggregation is usually on box/colli and pallet level. Printing and
applying single labels and corner wrap labels are standard
applications within our product range. Product handling of
boxes during the application of different labels are sometimes
required, - also here, LSS has several solutions.
Interfacing to different type of data providers are common
knowledge and considered as part of any supply.
Secondary packaging
Usually, serialization is close related to carton labelling - secondary packaging,
combined with tamper evident labelling.
LSS supplies units running up to 300 products/minute, combining:
- Serialization data print (thermal transfer / ink jet / laser)
- Serialization data verification (Vision / Code reader)
- Tamper Evident labelling for all carton-closing combinations
- Price Sticker Labelling (for local re-imbursement)
