Salad
With Strawberry-
Balsamic Vinaigrette

Spinach
1/4 C sliced almonds
(toasted)
2 oz. goat cheese
(crumbled)
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
8 MFC Strawberries
(sliced thin)
2 tsp. strawberry jam
1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive
oil
Vinaigrette: whisk
strawberry jam,
balsamic vinegar,
oregano, and oil
together until combined.
Assemble: place spinach
in large mixing bowl
with strawberries,
almonds, and goat
cheese. Dress salad with
strawberry vinaigrette;
toss lightly. Divide onto
four salad plates and
serve.
