Apricot (dried) 50g
Figs (dried) 50g
Butter 75g
Cinnamon (ground) 5g
Nutmeg (ground) 5g
Vanilla bean paste 5g
Cream 400ml
Milk 600ml
Eggs 10ea
Irish cream syrup 100ml
BUTTERSCOTCH
Brown sugar 150g
Butter 150g
Cream 75g

Business Chamber Awards
On Friday 9th September, the Club hosted the
annual Armidale Business Chamber Awards.
We are incredibly excited to announce that we
took home the award for Outstanding Customer
Service in Hospitality. Our team is continually to
strive to provide outstanding and quality service
throughout all areas of our business and we are
proud to be recognized for our efforts.
METHOD:
1) Roughly chop apricots & figs
2) Soak apricots, figs & sultanas in Irish cream syrup overnight
3) Combine eggs, cream, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg & vanilla
4) Spray & line a baking tray
5) Melt butter then apply to bread
6) Lay bread down into the bottom of tray
7) Scatter apricots, figs & sultanas onto bread
8) Pour some of the cream mixture over the top
9) Pour some butterscotch over as well
10) Repeat until baking tray is full
BUTTERSCOTCH
1) Melt butter in a saucepan
2) Add in brown sugar & combine until dissolved
3) Remove from heat & add cream
