Motivational Interviewing (MI) is a conversation style that supports change in a manner
that is congruent with a person's own values and concerns using collaborative, goal-
oriented methods of communication.
Motivational Interviewing: Introduction
This introductory course covers the spirit, core skills and processes of Motivational
Interviewing (MI), as well as the most current research of MI use and effective prac-

Motivational Interviewing is a continual learning process. Professionals with previ-
ous MI training or practice will continue developing skills in their role supporting

Phlebotomy Training - Coming this Spring
Phlebotomists work in hospitals, clinics, medical laboratories, and blood donor centers.
This 10-week course begins in late March and includes 70 hours of instruction (10 hours
of online learning plus six hours per week of in-person classroom/lab learning). If you
