Payments/Cancellations
Make checks payable to COCC. We accept credit and debit cards (except American
Express). For Business Purchase Orders, call 541.383.7270. Cancellations received five
days prior to the start of the class will receive a full refund. Students must cancel by
are also issued for any class cancelled by COCC. Refunds will be issued to your credit
card or via check if you paid by check or cash. The checks will be mailed within two
weeks of the cancellation date. Failure to participate in a course or program does not
result in a refund. Exceptions to the general refund policy are noted in the course

Policies
Anyone age 16 or older may attend Continuing Education classes or workshops.
CEUs
COCC offers Continuing Education Units for successful completion of certain job-
related courses. Check with your professional organization to see if a COCC CEU will
satisfy your profession's requirement. Call 541.383.7500 for transcript order information.
Grant Fund
Partial grants may be available for short-term, non-credit classes in workforce skill
training. For more information about the Community Opportunity Fund call
