NRG STADIUM FAQs
Q:
I LEFT A PERSONAL BELONGING AT THE GAME.
HOW CAN I FIND OUT IF IT WAS FOUND AND HOW TO
GET IT BACK?
A: During a game, guests needing assistance in
retrieving lost items may proceed to a Guest Services
Information Booth. After the game, please call the NRG
Park Lost and Found phone number (832.667.1714) on
weekdays.
Q:
MAY I BRING A CAMERA TO THE GAME?
A: You are welcome to bring small flash photography
cameras into NRG Stadium, but no professional lenses
or lenses over 12" are permitted. Video cameras and
audio recorders are not allowed.
Q:
I HAVE A TWO-YEAR OLD CHILD. DOES THE CHILD
REQUIRE A TICKET TO ATTEND THE GAME?
A: Yes, all children two years and older need a ticket to
attend the game.
Q:
WILL THE NFL CLEAR BAG POLICY BE IN EFFECT FOR
THIS GAME?
A: Yes. See page 27 of this guide for the complete Clear
Bag Policy and a comprehensive list of prohibited items.
Q:
CAN I REPORT AN INCIDENT IN MY SEATING AREA?
A: Please notify the nearest usher, security officer, or
representative during the game we ask that you text
our Gameday Text Line at 832-241-0202 or call 832-667-
1400 for the Gameday Service Hotline.
Q:
WE WOULD LIKE TO TAILGATE BEFORE THE GAME.
WHAT TIME DO THE PARKING LOTS OPEN AND WHAT
TIME DO GATES TO THE STADIUM OPEN?
A: All parking lots at NRG Park open four hours prior
to kickoff. NRG Stadium gates open 90 minutes prior
to kickoff. Please note, there will be no postgame
tailgating. All lots will be cleared at the end of the
game.
Q:
WHAT SIDE WILL MY TEAM BE ON?
A: Big 12 is on the East side of the stadium. Those seats
are most easily accessible through the BHP Billiton and
Amegy gates. Seats for the SEC are on the West side of
the stadium and are most easily accessible through the
Xfinity and Ford gates.

GAMEDAY SERVICE HOTLINE
You make the call! During the game, guests who encounter
something that disrupts their enjoyment of the game ­ for
example, an adjacent fan using profanity, a large sign or
banner that blocks your view, or a wet spill that presents
a safety hazard ­ can call the Gameday Service Hotline at
832.667.1400. A Guest Services Team Member will be more
than happy to resolve the situation so that you can get
back to enjoying the game.

Guests can also text a question or concern to 832-241-0202
on gamedays and a Guest Services Team Member will be
happy to assist you.
GUEST SERVICES INFORMATION BOOTHS
Guests may seek assistance from any NRG Stadium Guest
Services Team Member. In addition, two Guest Services
Information Booths are located on the Field Level, the
Verizon Club Level and the Upper Level in the northwest
and southeast corners outside of sections 113, 133, 319,
347, 517, and 543 to provide you with additional assistance.
Each booth will be open 90 minutes prior to the game and
remain open until the end of the game. The Guest Services
Team Members can assist you with ticketing, concession
locations, parking and most general information regarding
NRG Park.
