2020 & the Shape of the New Year!

As we begin this new year,

I would

like to -- on behalf of all the employees
of our Keyes Automotive Group dealer-
ships -- once again take a moment and say
"thanks" to our many friends and customers
and the community at large. We appreciate
and value your business and support and,
of course, never--ever take these relation-
ships for granted.

Twenty-twenty

has a landmark ring to

it. The start of a new decade prompts bigger-than-usual thoughts about the future.

For all of us at our Keyes Automotive family of dealerships,

the

beginning of this new year and decade represents an opportunity to renew, refocus, and
redouble our efforts and our commitment to find even better and more effective ways of
providing for your automotive needs. Our goal is to always strive to improve the level of
sales and service to our customers.

We continue to believe that selling a car

-- expertly taking care of your

automotive needs -- is not a one-time, one-off event; rather we view your purchase as
the beginning of a continuous ongoing relationship, hopefully the start of an ongoing
sales and service bond with you, your family and your friends.

It's in that spirit that we publish our dealership newsmagazine,

Keyes Quarterly. It's one of the ways we have developed over the decades to maintain and
foster an ongoing dialogue with our customers. It is the interaction with you -- listening
and responding to your automotive wants, needs and desires -- that leads us to believe
that 2020 will shape up to be, yet another banner year -- in sales and service to you.

As the recent Los Angeles Auto show well illustrated,

there are many

exciting and innovative product introductions from our Keyes cars manufactures. The
show provided many insights, clues, as well as a sense of what lies ahead in the automotive
world of Keyes cars in 2020.

terrific service department special promotions, should all shape up to provide an excep-
