In the decoration of the rooms, we
thought and thought while we got
inspired by Nansensgade. We wanted the
rooms to be nice and cosy. But we also
wanted the rooms to have a colourful
expression with a hint of retro.

We wanted our guests to be able to
interchange second-hand books or
perhaps a great magazine. We wanted the
rooms to include beds with good quality
mattresses with lovely duvets, and soft
pillows to cuddle up with. We figured
it would be nice with a flat iron at
hand. We figured that a closet takes up
too much space and is rarely used, as
most of our guests are cosmopolitans on
the run, only staying for a day or two.
And we also figured that hotel art does
not have to be dull, while a lot of
other thoughts went through our heads.

We call our rooms Tiny, Small, Medium,
Large, X-large and of course suites.
Some are big, some are tiny, some have
heating stoves, some have a French
balcony, some are for "girls night out"
and some are for romance. So there are
plenty to choose from.
