Become a Courageous Leader
Based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, Dare to LeadTM is
an empirically based courage-building program designed for
professionals. The most signifi cant fi nding from Brené's latest
research is that courage is a collection of four skill sets that
are teachable, measurable, and observable. Join us in this
experiential course to develop these courage-building skills
and grow as a leader.

Leadership Lab@COCC is a six-topic leadership development experience
incorporating many learning activities to grow the habits successful leaders
need in today's workplace. For new or emerging leaders, as well as experienced
leaders looking to build targeted leadership skills. Register for the series or
sign up for individual topics for $129 each. This training can also be provided at
your business and customized to meet your needs.
