Beer Appreciation Series
Are you looking to improve your understanding and
appreciation of how complex, nuanced, gastronomic, and
downright tasty beer can be? If so, join us in our Beer
Appreciation series. Designed to remove mystery and
intimidation from your local brewpub menus, the instructor
will provide a list of recommended beers to purchase before
the session so you can taste along if you choose. Participants
must be 21 years of age or older.

Whiskey Appreciation: Bourbon
Learn everything you need to know about bourbon with
professional whiskey distiller Rick Molitor from New Basin
Distilling Company. Rick will discuss the process of making
bourbon and lead you through the exploration of taste notes
and the best strategies for enjoying bourbon. Tasting kit
included in price. Must be 21 years of age or older and show

Whiskey Appreciation: Scotch
Join professional whiskey distiller Rick Molitor from New
Basin Distilling Company in Madras, Oregon to learn about
Scotch whisky. While we sample different varieties of
Scotch whisky we will we explore some history, the distilling
process and unique characteristics of the different regions
of Scotland. Price includes tasting kit. Participants must be
