Snowshoeing Central Oregon - Intermediate
Explore a variety of snowshoe trails in beautiful Central
Oregon with experienced guide Damian Fagan as he shares
his knowledge of winter ecology. This is an intermediate level
snowshoeing course; snowshoe trails will vary in length from
4-7 miles, moderate physical fitness is required.

Avalanche Level II
This course is designed to build on the skills developed in an
Avalanche Level I course. Students must have completed an
Avalanche Level I or Level I Refresher course within the past

COCC's forestry discipline will quickly give you the skills you
need to launch a new career in a high-demand field. Options
include preparation for immediate employment into forestry-
related industries, a tract for transferring into a baccalaureate
program in forestry or natural resources, or coursework for
advancement in current forestry or natural resource careers.
COCC's Forest Technology Resources (FRT) program is one
of only two programs in Oregon accredited by the Society
of American Foresters. The curriculum builds in ecology,
conservation, surveying, dendrology, and fire science.
