HIIT HEALTHY FOR 2019 new! Certified Health and Life Coach, Emily Coutts, RN, offers HIIT Healthy for 2019. This program combines key elements to elevate your health and fitness to the next level. Individualized Coaching: Work with Emily to set goals, during a one-on-one 45-minute coaching session. Throughout the 6 weeks, follow up with Emily via e-communication to make certain you are making the necessary steps to meet your goals. Group Coaching: Meet weekly with your group, to discover small changes in nutrition, fitness, and life, so you can achieve lasting results! Explore the value of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) exercise. Bring a Friend or Perfect Mother/Daughter Program! This class is designed to provide an introduction to basic belly dance vocabulary appropriate for new dancers, with challenge levels available for the advanced beginner. Women of any age and dance background are welcome. Bring a friend or mother, daughter or sister for bonus fun! Any comfortable exercise or yoga wear for unrestricted movement, bare feet or soft soled shoes recommended. Each week will begin with a warm up, skills review, drills, and working toward building combinations of learned skills. Patient Assistance Fund at The C.R. Wood Cancer Center of Glens Falls Hospital. She has also led classes at Wiawaka Retreat for Women, Cindy’s Retreat at Silver Bay, and Camp Chingachkook’s Women’s Weekend. The performance group SunDancers appear regularly at local events, including Making Strides Against Breast Cancer, Relay for Life, and Binley Florist’s Annual Fall Festival.
