Working Hours
Unless otherwise specified, the duration of regular working hours shall be based upon the respective legal and wage-agreement
regulations of the Federal Republic of Germany. Regular working hours are from Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m.
12:00 p.m. and 12:45 p.m. 4:30 p.m. and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. 12:00 p.m. and 12:45 p.m. 4:45 p.m. = 38.5 hours per
week. These hours include working, travel and waiting times. The begin and end of working hours may be adjusted to suit the
company insofar as possible.
Overtime hours may be stipulated under consideration of the respective legal regulations.
Charge Rates
The following hourly rates shall be charged for services rendered by our service personnel for working and waiting time:

The following percentage rates shall be charged for work performed in excess of the regular working hours of 8:00 a.m. 4:30
p.m.:
From 6:00 - 8:00 a.m. and from 4:30 -6:30 p.m.

Any other working hours and Saturdays

Work on Sundays and bank holidays
100%
Travel Expenses
Train travel, airplane travel, taxi rides, public transport, etc. shall be charged at their actual cost +10%.
In the event that an automobile is used, 0.90 per km shall be charged for travel to and from the site.
Daily Allowances
A daily allowance is charged per calendar day and person:
Domestic destinations (Germany):
For one-day business trips

For multiple-day business trips

Foreign destinations:
According to the currently valid German rates for the respective country
All cost rates cited above do not include the valid value-added tax.
Reclamation of Services
Please inform us in writing of any reclamation of service up to eight (8) days after the receipt of the invoice at latest; subsequent
reclamations cannot be accepted.
We kindly ask that, upon completion of the work, you verify that the machine is in good working order. With your signature on
the service report, you confirm the proper execution of installation and the number of working hours required.
The place of jurisdiction for both sides is D - 94315 Straubing.
