Skyhawks provides a wide variety of fun, safe and posi ve programs that emphasize cri cal lessons in sports and life, such as teamwork, respect and sportsmanship. Our programs are designed to give each child a posi ve introduc on into sports while fostering a lifelong love for an ac ve, healthy lifestyle. Our pa ent and knowledgeable staff use a variety of skill-building games and ac vi es to give each athlete a complete understanding and overview of the sport. Boys and Girls ages 6-12 Skyhawks Flag Football is the perfect program for young athletes who want a complete introduc on to “America’s Game” or for those who simply want to brush up on their skills in prepara on for league play. Through our “skill of the day” ac vi es, campers will learn skills on both sides of the ball including the core components of passing, catching, and de-flagging or defensive posi oning – all presented in a fun and posi ve environment. Skyhawks Flag Football is recommended for beginning to intermediate athletes. The week ends with the Skyhawks Super Bowl, giving par cipants a chance to showcase their skills on the gridiron! All par cipants receive a t-shirt, football, and player evalua on .The par cipant-to-coach ra o is approximately 12:1. Our football games and ac vi es were designed to allow campers to explore balance, movement, hand/eye coordina on, and skill development at their own pace. Skyhawks staffs are trained to handle the specific needs of young athletes. All par cipants receive a t-shirt, ball and a merit award.
