Youth Athletics Ages 3-8th Grade Get ready for the first ever season of Flag Football in Palos Heights. Players will learn fundamental skills like passing, catching, running, blocking and defense then use those skills in game situa ons. Teams will prac ce once a week (star ng the week of August 18) and play a game every Sunday (star ng September 8). Players cannot request to be on the same team. This non-contact league will help beginners learn the game of football and give players with some experience a chance to improve their skills. Students will learn the fundamentals of golf while achieving success. Instruc on will focus on the full swing, chipping, pu ng, proper stance and grip to form proper muscle memory at an early age. Children will learn safety rules and golf courtesy. During the last week of lessons, students will play a few holes of golf on the course. Students will need a fairway wood, pu er, 7 and 9 irons.
