Our classes are designed to effec vely strengthen, tone, and balance the en re body. Workouts integrate the use of the ballet barre, light weights and various props. Each class includes several highly effec ve sequences of toning and resistance exercises with an emphasis on the core, arms, seat and thighs. Each strength sec on of this workout is followed by a stretching sec on to create long, lean muscle without bulk.
