Queen Ethelburga's Collegiate
Queen Ethelburga's Collegiate
comprises four schools for
students from 5 years old
through to 18 years old each
with its unique qualities.
There are strong academic
standards across the Collegiate
and students are encouraged
to have high expectations for
their achievements and career
prospects. There is a wide
curriculum available enabling
students to pursue their individual
interests and aspirations across a
range of fields.
The boarding accommodation at
QE is probably the finest in Europe
and 6th Form students have
apartment style accommodation,
comprising of a kitchen/lounge
area with plasma TV's, music
centre, safe, iron and ironing
board, microwave, dishwasher
and fridge. All apartments on
the campus are en-suite and are
designed for 3 students.
QE is also proud of its excellent
sports facilities with a large
Sports Hall, 25 metre indoor
heated swimming pool, Spa pool
and sauna, state of the art 108
station Fitness Centre, grass and
AstroTurf sport pitches and newly
surfaced tennis courts. Students
can participate in a variety of sports
including football, rugby, basketball,
cricket, hockey, tennis, athletics,
swimming and gymnastics.

that we try to achieve at QE. Our
