3. UseaSansSeriffontsothatthetextiseasytoread.
4. Foreachslide,formatthesize,style,andplacementoftextandelementsso
thattheslideshowprojectsaprofessionalimage.
5. Planthelayoutanddesignofthepresentationonpaperfirst.
6. Readthroughallinstructionspriortocompletingtheproject.

2. UsingMicrosoftPowerPoint,createanewblankpresentation.
3. SavethepresentationasProjectPPT-3HubTalkinyour"PowerPoint"folder

· Applyanidenticalslidetransitionthroughoutthepresentation.
· Formattheslideshowbackgroundwithanappropriatecolorschemeforall
slides.
· Settheslideshowtoplayautomatically.Besurethateachslideistimedlong
enoughfortheviewertoreadeachslidecompletely.
· Uponcompletion,theslideshowshouldbesetuptocontinuouslyloop.
