envelopeshouldcoordinatewiththatoftheletterhead,withtheexceptionof
wheretheinformationisplaced.
2. Obtainsomesamplesofrealbusinessenvelopesandanalyzethemtohelpyou
designyourown.
3. Readthroughallinstructionspriortocompletingtheproject.

2. SavethedocumentasProjectWRD-4Envelopeinyour"Word"folderunder
"TheHub"folder.
3. Setthepagesizeto9.5incheswidex4.125inchestallwith.25inchesfor
thetop,bottom,andleftmarginsand1inchfortherightmargin.Setthe
orientationtolandscape.
Note:
This is the size of a standard business envelope.
4. Chooseaneasy-to-readfont,andkeepthefontsizetoamaximumof10-12
points,unlessotherwisenoted.
Note:
Be sure to use the font you chose for your letterhead.
5. Atthetopleft-handcorneroftheenvelope,insertTheHublogo,installed
fromTheHubResourceCD,followedbythereturnaddressinformationshown
belowsingle-spaced.Resizethelogosoitisinproportionwiththerestofthe
document.

6. Keyyournameandyourschoolname,address,city,state,andzipcodeinthe
recipient'saddressareaontheenvelopeleft-alignedandsingle-spaced.See

7. Carefullyproofreadyourworkforaccuracyandformat.
