du tendon aux contraintes externes (mécanisme de mécano-
transduction). La combinaison de ces deux thérapeutiques
optimiserait encore la prise en charge. Vu la résistance de
certains cas à ces thérapeutiques, plusieurs nouvelles thé-
rapeutiques (infiltrations de PRP, de polidocanol, d'acide
hyaluronique ou l'application de patches de dérivés nitrés)
sont en cours de développement. Cependant, des preuves
complémentaires d'efficacité semblent toujours néces-
saires. Finalement, le traitement d'avenir pourrait se baser
sur les cellules souches et, surtout, par la combinaison
raisonnée de ces différentes techniques.
