Figure 48. Monitored flats
For both electricity consumption and space heating consumption there is one flat, among those monitored
for 3 years, presenting inconsistent data, thus for space heating consumption there are valid data for 57
dwelling for 3 years and for 62 dwellings for 1 year. As far as the electricity consumption is concerned,
there are valid data for 57 dwelling for 3 years and for 62 dwellings for 1 year. The data available for DHW
consumption is about a lower number of flats: 47 flats for 3 years and 11 flats for at least 1 year.
Data are analyzed and presented considering both a more consistent time range (3 years data) and a more
consistent number of flats (1 year data).
6.1.2. RESULTS
Space Heating Demands
An overview of the normalized annual net space heating energy demands of the flats with 3 years data is
shown in Figure 49. The average demand was 26.8 kWh/mē, with a standard deviation of 8.3 kWh/mē.
2 flats are below 15 kWh/mē/year, 29 flats are between 15 and 25 kWh/mē/year, and the remaining 32 are
over 25 kWh/mē/year.
