Must Tasks:
1. Identify the focus groups: decision makers and stakeholders:
The focus groups are the decision makers and the stakeholders. Each group is defined according to the
nature of the building project: New large building, density housing, renovation etc.
2. Identify Ecolabel products and the suppliers available
3. Prepare material and information needed. The materials and information should include Ecolabel
product availability and general information about the Ecolabel
4. Prepare a plan of procedure
Phase 3: Implementation

This phase concerns Ecolabel product use and it is when decisions are taken t and Ecolabel products are
used in the buildings. The success will depend highly on how well the preparations have been.

1. Key staff commitment
2. To carry out the planned actions/activities
3. To incorporate the use of Ecolabel products in the building project
Phase 4: Information and Dissemination phase

This phase is ongoing from start to finish and the objective is to use information dissemination as a
means of creating "Ecolabel demand" and for increasing the "Ecolabel competence" in order to
achieve the main goal of integrating the Ecolabel in the building project

2. Dissemination of information and evaluation of project

a) About the Ecolabel and the benefits of integrating the Ecolabel in building projects

Information on Ecolabel building products

On Green Public Procurement - GPP
