The major part of the renewable energy supply of the Class1 CONCERTO community is produced at 9
Photovoltaic systems placed on the roofs of 9 municipal buildings in Egedal. The details and photographs of
these systems are as mentioned above presented in a separate deliverable from the project Del. 7.
These 9 systems were contracted with one supplier and the total costs are presented in Table 9.

9.2.4. Total investments within the Class1 community
As it appears the total investments carried out for RUE and RES in the Class1 CONCERTO community
consists of three parts for respectively new buildings, energy renovation of municipal buildings and PV
investments. These investments are summarized in Table 10. The result is total energy investments of
5.144.573 Euro.

To get an impression of the total investments made in the Class1 CONCERTO community the investments in
new buildings beside the energy investments has to be added on top of the energy investments. This
amount is deducted in Table 11.

When adding the "additional" investments in the new buildings to the total energy investments from table
4 it is found that the total investments for the whole community is above 41,5 mio. Euro.
9.3. Total economy of the project
In this paragraph the overall energy reduction for heating and electricity is established and placed in
relation to the total energy investments.
